Limited Warranty

Life Of Young offers a limited one-year warranty on our leather phone cases, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. For our other premium cases, the warranty details are as follows:

  • Clear Cases: 3-months warranty
  • Stainless Series Cases: 6-months warranty
  • Titanium Series Cases: 6-months warranty
  • POP Series Cases: 6-months warranty

International Warranty

We do not offer any international warranty as of now, but we’re working on it to make it work.

Warranty Disclaimer for International Orders

Please note that we do not offer any warranty for products sold outside of India. Due to constraints such as shipping costs and other factors, we are unable to provide warranty coverage for international orders. However, we encourage you to connect with us if you detect any manufacturing defects in the products you have purchased. While warranty coverage may not be available, we are committed to addressing any issues or concerns you may have regarding the quality or functionality of our products. Warranty Coverage

  • Material Defects: This warranty covers any defects in the leather material used for the phone cover, such as tears or cracks in texture.
  • Stitching and Seams: We guarantee that the stitching and seams of the phone cover will remain intact and not unravel or come apart under normal usage.
  • Hardware Functionality: Our warranty ensures the functionality of any hardware components attached to the phone cover, such as buttons, camera cutouts, or magnetic closures.
  • Protection Against Damage: We provide coverage for damages resulting from accidental drops, impacts, or scratches, as long as the phone cover was being used properly and in accordance with its intended purpose.
  • Quality of Leather: We assure customers that the leather used in the phone cover will maintain its quality and appearance for the duration of the warranty period, without excessive fading, discoloration, or deterioration.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear expected from regular use of the phone cover, such as minor scuffs or creases in the leather.
  • Exclusions: We do not cover damages caused by intentional misuse, water/liquid exposure, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or usage not in accordance with product instructions.
  • Sale Items: Please note that products sold under sale, compensation, promotional offers, or similar circumstances may not be covered under warranty. Warranty coverage for such items is subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of purchase.
